Escape the hustle and bustle of city life for half of the day and meet me in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. I want to welcome you to an intricate day experience curated for you, by me! 🙂 The goal of this day retreat is to experience, recharge, renew your highest self, become a community with like-minded women, and most importantly learn how to heal yourself holistically with what the earth provides us.  

This retreat is perfect for anyone open to meeting new people. I am here to encourage and teach the importance of herbs that grow around us while creating everlasting memories in the process.

Included

Food: Wholesome gourmet meals prepared, and paired with wine or natural fruit juices. Vegan, gluten-free, pescatrian, and vegetarian options are available. If you have allergies, kindly let me know so I  can accommodate you. 

Tea Making Workshop: Make your custom tea blends by combining leaves, petals, roots, seeds, and other plant parts native to Georgia.

Capsule Making Workshop: Learn how to turn your herbs into powders to be used as a capsule. Very potent with the body and can mix multiple herbs using this method. 

Plant Medicine Workshop: A lecture + hands-on experience of learning plant history, plant respect, benefits, and how it heals your body. 

Entheogens Workshop: Psilocybin plant medicine included + cannabis meditation and a guided experience with me. 

Floating Meditation and Sound Bath: A 2 part session focusing on basic meditation, yoga, womb health education, movement, exploration, and breathwork.

Sound baths are immersive experiences where participants lie down and listen to the resonant tones of various instruments. The sound vibrations are believed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and foster a deep sense of well-being.
